Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; (b) was rightfully known to the receiving party prior to disclosure; or (c) is independently developed by the receiving party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CHE LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or website shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall CHE LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. CHE LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
